Damac Hills is a master-planned community developed by DAMAC Properties, built around an 18-hole golf course, Trump International Golf Club Dubai. It sits within the Dubailand area, along Umm Suqeim Road. DAMAC has since developed a separate, larger community nearby under the name Damac Hills 2 (previously marketed as Akoya Oxygen).

The community includes a mix of standalone villas, townhouses and clusters of low- and mid-rise apartment buildings, with a number of villa clusters offering direct golf-course frontage.

Lifestyle amenities include the golf course and clubhouse, community parks, and Malibu Bay — an on-site waterpark and beach-style leisure area within the community — alongside schools and retail serving residents.

The community is inland within Dubailand, accessed via Umm Suqeim Road, placing it within reach of Damac Hills 2, Arabian Ranches and Dubai Sports City.
