Dubai Marina

Dubai Marina is a waterfront district built around an artificial canal roughly two kilometres long, developed by Emaar Properties. It sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and the Arabian Gulf coastline, directly adjacent to Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and within a short drive of Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island.

The skyline includes some of the tallest residential towers built in Dubai to date, among them Princess Tower and 23 Marina. The community is made up almost entirely of high-rise residential towers, with a walkable waterfront promenade — the Marina Walk — lined with retail and dining at ground level.

Unit types span the full range from studios to multi-bedroom apartments and penthouses, with a number of towers offering direct marina or sea views. Several buildings include private beach access arrangements via JBR or on-site marina berths.

Lifestyle amenities include Dubai Marina Mall, the Marina Yacht Club, direct beach access at JBR, and proximity to Skydive Dubai's drop zone. The Dubai Tram runs along the district connecting to the Dubai Metro Red Line at DMCC and Sobha Realty stations.
