Town Square is a master-planned community developed by Nshama, built around Town Square Park — a large central park with sports courts, a skate park, a dog park and a splash pad. It is located in the Al Yalayis area of Dubailand, off Al Qudra Road.

The community is organised into a number of named sub-communities, including Zahra and Warda apartments and Hayat and Safi townhouses, developed in successive phases around the central park.

Property types are predominantly two- to four-bedroom townhouses and low- to mid-rise apartment buildings, positioned toward the more affordable end of Dubai's new-build market compared with beachfront or Downtown pricing.

Lifestyle amenities are centred on Town Square Park itself, with a retail and dining strip along Town Square Boulevard, jogging and cycling tracks, and community schools and nurseries serving residents.

The community sits inland within Dubailand, accessed via Al Qudra Road, within reach of Damac Hills, Arabian Ranches and the wider Dubailand area.
